These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
When you purchase an ebook or audiobook from this Site, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or publicly distribute the digital files without written permission from Everett Publishing Limited.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or technical issue, Everett Publishing Limited reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.
Force Majeure
Everett Publishing Limited will not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, postal disruptions, supply chain issues, war, cyber attacks, or government restrictions.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
Credit Card; ShopPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at checkout. Please check your Spam folder, or if using Gmail, your Promotions tab.
Print books are delivered by shipping from BookVault. Print time is usually 72 working hours. After books are printed, they are shipped.
Average shipping times:
To USA 5 to 7 working days
To UK 3 to 5 working days
To Europe 7 working days
To Australia 7 working days
To Canada 7 working days
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to postal services, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer either a replacement or refund at our discretion.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom or United States of America may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
If an international shipment is refused by the recipient due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs or fees incurred.
Hardbacks
Hardbacks are solely printed and shipped from the UK, so orders from any other countrymay be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Third-Party Services
Certain services used on this Site are provided by third parties, including payment processors, printing partners, and digital delivery platforms. Everett Publishing Limited is not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by these third-party providers.
Refunds
Refunds for Goods
For ebooks and audiobooks, no refund can be given. Please choose carefully. Refunds only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
Digital goods: ebooks and audiobooks.
Refunds for physical goods.
There is no return for change of mind. Returns are given for faulty items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking).

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases.
Consumer Protection Law
